SAXIFRAGA oppositifolium 'Ruth Draper'

£3.25

Commonly known as the Purple Mountain Saxifrage, these plants grow in mountainous regions throughout the world, preferring a cool, moist soil, out of direct sun. This selected form was chosen for its large vivid purplish pink flowers which appear in February and March above spreading mats of dark green leaves, ht 5cm. Best grown in a trough or tub, or in a rockery or border edge where they will not be swamped by larger plants, in light shade.
